The Student Association of the Educational Management Study Program (HMP Manajemen Pendidikan Unesa) is a student organization under the Department of Educational Management, Faculty of Education, Universitas Negeri Surabaya.

I designed this bulletin as an official documentation of UNESA's HMP-MP activities, with a clean, uncluttered, and easy-to-read editorial style. The aesthetic combines a modern and classic feel: contrasting serif typography for the bold, large title ("BULLETIN 2023"), combined with concise sans-serif typography for the content for a comfortable reading rhythm.

I use a modular grid and consistent margins to give the HMP–MP UNESA bulletin a steady reading rhythm and clear navigation. Uniform columns guide the eye from headline to image to body text while reinforcing hierarchy; one grid still allows flexible layouts—one to three columns, pull quotes, and full-bleed images—without sacrificing visual unity across spreads.

Consistent margins create breathing room so pages feel open and calm. I set a slightly wider gutter to keep text out of the spine and maintain a safe area at the edges to avoid trimming issues in print. This combination of modular grid and margin strategy delivers a bulletin that reads well, prints cleanly, and faithfully represents the organization’s identity.
